We are able to accept payments for pretty much every cell phone carrier except MetroPCS. Today a customer, who has MetroPCS, told us how she had to walk a mile to the closest MetroPCS only to find a line. After waiting 20 minutes, she had to work and upon returning after work, she was told the computers were down so now she has no cell phone right now!!!
Needless to say she called MetroPCS customer service at 888-863-8768. Now listen carefully, do not press any of the numbers on your phone!!!! Listen to their message three or four times until they finally ask you to press 1 to talk to a customer service representative. You need two pieces of information to keep your cell phone number:
- Account Number
- Password (8 numbers long)
