Thursday night a customer came in and needed to get a package to Accra, Ghana by Wednesday, July 12th for a wedding.  We packed the box with clothes and gifts then had it picked up on Friday.

The box itself was 11 by 9 by 11 and weighed 3.55 pounds with a cost of $175.   We are watching this package anxiously hoping it get there on time.

Nobody can beat DHL for reliability if you need anything delivered fast.  At the same time my customer should not have waited until Thursday night to send it.    Here is hoping it gets there on time and we will keep you abreast of the package whereabouts.

 

Last Thursday we mentioned that a customer needed to get important papers to San Salvador ASAP!! At a cost of $60, DHL picked up the envelope last Thursday afternoon. It was signed for and received this morning!!!

The prices and service internationally can not be beat..

Yesterday a customer needed papers sent to El Salvador. The same package would have cost twice as much with FedEx!! Although the United States Post Service (USPS) would have cost less, they are not even close in reliability compared to DHL.

Considering the package was picked up Thursday April 21st, it will get to the person in San Salvador by Tuesday April 26th. There is an outside chance it may even get there Monday!!! You can not beat DHL for international shipments.

Drop off whatever you are sending here and we will package it and get it sent out.

Customer came in today with a new HP Laptop computer that she wants to get to her brother in Jamaica.  She dropped it off, we put on the labels, packaged it for and are currently waiting for DHL driver to pick it up.

Based on the weight of 4.75 pounds, the cost to send it is $90.   The estimated delivery date is Monday or Tuesday.  We will up the blog  to see exactly when it arrives…

 

Yesterday a customer came in who needed to send some papers to Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic (DR).   It was late in the day and our DHL driver had already stopped by, it will be picked up today and arrive in DR on Friday.

The total cost was $60!!  We love FedEx, but for any international shipments, DHL can not be beat!!

If you need to send any papers to Jamaica, Ghana, El Salvador or Brazil, the cost would be the same–$60.

 

 

We have a pre-paid card called Nexis that we charge you nothing to set-up.   Our customer utilize not only as a pre-paid VISA card but as a Direct Deposit for their Federal Benefits, versus having a checking account.

For the Federal Benefits, we need this form completed.    Best part is Nexis allows for early access to your monies, watch video below.

This week we had two people who needed to send documents to El Salvador and Bangladesh and they had to get there in a hurry.    Since they were only papers that fit in an envelope weighing less then one pound requiring no insurance, the cost for each was $80.   Best part is DHL will get them to their destination in 3 days.
